Summer seems to bring a spike in marijuana sales in Colorado.
The State Department of Revenue reports recreational pot sales during the month of June topped $ 50 million for the first time since it was legalized.
Medical marijuana sales also jumped in June. That was up nearly $ 3 million from May.
Tax revenues from recreational and medical marijuana sales totaled more than $ 60 million for the first six months of 2015.
